where OR–nnnnn is your Dynotag Order Number, as referenced in the order communications and the packing slip of the original delivery, for a full refund of the products purchased, within 30 days of receipt of your products.
Refunds are issued when we receive the return package. Currently we do not charge any restocking fees.
While not required, we recommend you ship using a trackable shipping method, such as USPS Package or similar – so you can track the progress of the return shipment.
Please note that original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.
