Where “OR-nnnnn” is your Dynotag Order Number found in your order communications and on the original packing slip.
A traceable shipping method is recommended, though it is not required. You can use USPS Package or a similar service. This way, you can track the progress of the return shipment.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 60 days of purchase. To request an exchange:

- Our team will provide you with specific instructions for your exchange
- Return your original item as directed
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange promptly
The same 60-day timeframe applies to both returns and exchanges.
Refund Information
Refunds are processed when we receive your return package. We do not charge any restocking fees.
