Do you still have access to your account email?
With Dynotag you don’t need to remember your password at all. As long as you can still receive email at your account address, you can sign in instantly.
✅ I forgot my password (but I still have my email)
Use the Send Login Code feature — no password required:
- Go to the sign-in page at dynotag.com/signin.
- Enter your account email address — the email you originally created your account with. (This may be different from the contact email shown on your tag.)
- Click “Send Login Code” (leave the password field blank).
- Check your inbox for a temporary code from noreply@dynotag.com — it’s valid for a few minutes.
- Enter the code on the sign-in page along with your email.
Not getting the code? Make sure you’re using your account email (not the contact email on your tag), check your spam folder, and add noreply@dynotag.com to your address book.
🔑 I no longer have access to my old email
If your account email is closed, abandoned, or otherwise unreachable, the login code can’t get to you — so we’ll need to verify you’re the rightful owner and move your account to a new email manually.
Email us at support@dynotag.com with all three of the following:
- Your previous (old) account email address — the one the account was created under.
- Your tag ID, in the form 1234-5678 — this is what we use to actually locate your account. You’ll find it printed on the tag itself.
- A clear photo of your tag / QR code. This is our preferred way to confirm ownership — being physically in possession of the tag is strong proof the account is yours.
Also tell us the new email address you’d like the account moved to.
The photo is the key piece. The more clearly it shows the tag and its ID, the faster we can verify you and restore your access.
